This is my designed animation cartoon characters. My animated story of the tortoise and the hare race. First of all, I need to design cartoon characters and painted on paper, then put it into the computer and color it use Illustrator or photoshop. This is the cartoon，after this im going to draw the background of the cartoon on the paper.

 My opinion about British animation industry 

Today I read an article about some problems in British animation industry, I was surprised that the animation industry in the UK also exist many problems.

British Animation industry leader, animation English "(Animation UK) Group said that in recent years, the business license fee for the support of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) on investment for animation is not very optimistic. 

A major problem is that Britain's commercial broadcasting companies, such as ITV and Channel 4, have cut budgets and air time on children's programs. Provisions to prohibit the broadcast of junk food advertising in 2006 weakened the appeal of children's programs on the audience. 

It is understood that, the British animation industry exist more serious problem. Some British animation companies generally reflect that they have lost the market in other countries, such as Canada, France and Ireland. These countries due to its generous tax incentives to reduce production costs by 20 percent to 50 percent, so get a lot of money income of the programs broadcast. 

The country's rich cultural heritage as a basis, the British Animation should only get ahead of others, but do not enjoy preferential tax policies, the development of British animation become more and more difficult.

My opinion about several issues in the development of China's animation industry

I recently read a lot about animation. Especially the article on the development of China's animation industry. I was very impressed that there are many problems in the development of China's animation industry. Such as inadequate funding, lack of market focus. The face of these deficiencies. Many people have suggested a different solution.

Firstly, animation development is the core of the development of animation industry. Animation is the animation industry leading. Only pay close attention to the animation studios production to bring the whole industry to prosperity.

Secondly, to rely on capital markets, and expand sources of funding. 

Animated film production industry become bigger and stronger. Capital market financing has become increasingly important. The same is true in the animation industry in developed countries. Even the Walt Disney Company, in some large projects, they also need  financing to complete. Therefore, the Chinese animation film production industry have as must have financial support and intervention.

Thirdly, pay attention to the market, attention to quality, to maximize benefits.

For animation, the quality is life, it is true. Even if the previously mentioned institutional issues, market issues, financial issues are resolved, but the poor cartoon quality can ruin everything. So, animation industry must comply with the "quality first, content is king" principle, to improve quality is the core of the revitalization of the animation industry.

This week the lecturer told us this semester's job is making a simple animation.I really like the cartoon.But I know that making a cartoon is not easy.I thought about it for a long time before deciding on a topic. The fourth part of the poster design workflow:

I think of animation

I am a student learning animation, the usual time is also often painting, i think painting is very time consuming and effort. We should always observe things, the angle, need to draw a very a ctual situation, animation or comics are a pencil drawing completed, some things not show the performance of real, can be expressed in the form of painting, plenty of people relying on the imagination to create figure things out, in order to express the author to express the meaning of, the comic would be an exaggeration can also be realistic. 

The Smurfs should also have swept the global cartoon, which The Smurfs is one of my favorite animated characters, however, these animated characters I like. I was a kid liked them, Have not changed. Long time no see this cartoon, but I can still remember very clear inside the animated character.

I think I must learn animation, because I really like the animation.
